These words get used everywhere, and often mean nothing. So here's what each one means when we say it, and how you'll know we meant it.

Not minding your business for you. Our work with companies, and the people in them, makes them stronger than we found them, because we plan to still be there as the results emerge.

Integrity

Not a value on a wall. We say what we'll do and we do what we say. It means telling you difficult truths while things are fixable. We are consistent across circumstances.

Collaborative

Not another standing meeting. We work inside the business, beside you, not at a distance, behind a deck.

Aligned

Not a slogan. We structure our work so we only do well when you do. If that isn't true in a given relationship, we won't push it.
